Merced is bursting with flavor, especially when you're digging into local bites. McDonald's and Starbucks are just a hop away for those quick munchies. Oh, and the room was clean and spacious—perfect for our family of four. Strong AC to keep us cool, and felt super safe with the cameras around the parking lot.

But man, talk about a rough night! The walls were paper thin, and our neighbors were blasting music until 4:30 AM. With no phone to contact the front desk, we were left tossing and turning. Definitely not a restful stay!

The general atmosphere felt welcoming, and the room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the assistance from staff who helped with my dining reservations at nearby restaurants. For a more enjoyable stay, I recommend bringing your own coffee supplies, as the machine wasn’t stocked.

Clean rooms and great air conditioning made for a comfortable stay. I liked that we could park right outside the room, making it super easy to unload our bags. The breakfast offered waffles and coffee, which was a nice touch. However, the room had issues. A strong scent of cleaning spray hit us as we entered. We had to air it out for a bit. The bathroom needed attention. the shower showed signs of mold in the grout. Lack of basic comforters on the beds was disappointing. Just thin sheets made sleeping less enjoyable. The ice and vending machines were not working. Despite the reasonable price, it felt like something was missing.

We loved that the pool area was clean and well-maintained. Our family enjoyed some quality time there while soaking up the sun. Plus, the breakfast area was tidy and provided a nice start to our busy days exploring Yosemite.

In my wife’s opinion, it’d be great if there were more family-friendly activities on-site.

The hotel offers good value with a friendly staff and clean rooms. While the breakfast options were limited, and the ice maker was out of service, the overall experience was satisfactory. Would consider staying here again for the price and quality.

We visited Yosemite and went to a nearby lake. The hotel had a safe parking lot and the breakfast was surprisingly good. I’d suggest this spot if you’re looking for a fun getaway.

However, the check-in process was a bit rough since they don't accept all credit cards, which was frustrating after a long drive.
